VENDORS

Hail merchants, vendors, crafters and shoppers!

Our merchants are selected for quality and integrity for our attendees. Above you will find a list of merchants currently confirmed for this year's Festival.

The vending area is indoors with access to electricity, lights, running water (close by) and sleeping quarters close by as well. Tables are typically 6-8 foot rectangular tables (depending on which tables the park ranger leaves with us) in Camp Richmond.

Your vending area will have two points of access and a spectacular view as the baracks closest to that ocean view.

Vendors are not asked to stay open during main rituals and meal times so they too can enjoy the festival and perhaps take a well deserved break to refresh and recharge with the rest of the community.

Merchant entry is $130.00 per merchant plus 10% of Gross Sales. ONE TABLE is included in the merchant fee. Additional tables are available for a fee of $25.00 per table. Please contact the Merchant Coordinator Skyfae at skyfae@aquatabch.org before registering for instructions.

Merchant registrations should be received by October 20, 2015. Please make sure you indicate the number of tables needed when you register, as we will not be able to make changes on-site out of fairness to all.
